ACADSA is authorized to serve liquor and offers bar services for college events.
The liquor license covers the following spaces: Cafeteria, Main Mall, IKG, MNG, Boardroom, 371 and the patio outside the cafeteria – any other area requires an extension on the license that must be approved by Michael O’Neill. Any licensed events longer than two hours will require extra security, which will incur additional charges.
To book the bar, please fill out and submit the ACADSA Event Bar Booking Form and ACAD Event Approval Form to the ACADSA office 10 working days prior to the event. A $50 cash deposit must also be submitted to the ACADSA office prior to the event.
